ThegrandReturnDayofAlumniofMizzouwasheldonOctober20thandattendedby137teams.AllmembersofCI(ConfuciusInstitute)ofMizzou(UniversityofMissouri)putontraditionalgarmentsofChina’sHanDynastyandmarchedwhileperformingTaiji,whichbecameadazzlingshowfortheaudiences.Aftertheshow,manyAmericansswarmedintoCIofMizzoutoaskforaphotographwiththeperformers.ItmarksaproudmomentofCIteachers.Foundedin2011,theCIofMizzouissponsoredbySHNU.

TheCeremonyandSeminarof2018AnnualShanghaiPromotionPlanwereheldinShanghaionOctober25thand3SHNUprogramswereincluded:AirPurifierEducationFacilitiesRD,IntelligentRobotDevelopment,andImageAutomaticIdentificationDevelopmentofXRayFOD(ForeignObjectDetection).ThePromotionPlanaimsatstrengtheningthetransformationsofuniversityscientificachievementsintimesofestablishingShanghaiasaglobalscientificinnovationcenter.Thisyear,27programsfrom11universitiesofShanghaistoodoutaswinners.

Onoccasionof64thanniversaryofSHNU,the2018SHNUSportsGamesstartedonFengxianCampusofSHNUonOctober17th.TheopeningceremonywasattendedbySHNUleadingauthoritiesandrepresentativesfromvariousSHNUcollegesanddepartments.Thesportsgameswereparticipatedbyabout1,875teachersandstudents,including400teachingstaffs.Thegamesincludedarts,shuttlecockkickingandhulahoop,etc.
