May 20th marks the opening of 2023 Shanghai Science and Technology Festival. The Shanghai Normal University hosts a science popularization activity at Kangjian Park, Xuhui District of Shanghai. The theme of the festival is Entering the Big World of Science, and Be a Little Observer.
The festival falls into three parts:walking into the insects’ world, listen to the birds’ songs, and explore the mystery of wetlands. Also, experts from SHNU College of Life and Environmental Sciences and SHNU College of Environment and Geography delivered lectures for the young kids so as to expand their vision of insects, birds and park ecological systems.
