The Day of May 10th marks China Brand Day ever since 2017. Sponsored by China National Development and Reform Commission, China Ministry of Publicity, Ministry of Industry and Information, Ministry of Business, State Council, State Administration for Market Regulation, China National Intellectual Property Administration, and Shanghai government, the China Brand Day has been held for five times.
The international forum, brand-name innovation and talents, has its grand opening at Shanghai Expo on the morning of May 10th . The brand design contest falls into two groups: professional group and campus group. It features three themes: non-material cultural heritage, countryside rejuvenation and brand novelty. The contest attracted candidates from more than 200 universities and received over 2, 200 works.
The SHNU candidates won 10 prizes and quite some excellence prizes, including such first prizes as Consciousness from Zhang Jianha, a student from SHNU College of Xiejin Film and TV Arts, and two other works created by students from SHNU College of Fine Arts.
