Sponsored by SHNU Library, and SHNU Workers’ Union, the Opening Ceremony of SHNU Books Culture Festival was held at SHNU and three other universities in Shanghai (East China University of Science and Technology, Shanghai Institute of Technology, and Shanghai on April 23rd, and Shanghai Institute of Tourism. It was initiated at No. 2 Lecture Hall at Library on Fengxian campus.
About 300 teachers and students joined the activities.
Jiang Mingjun, SHNU Vice President, delivered a speech at the ceremony by saying that encouraging more classic readings can improve emotional and logical senses. On occasion of 28th Reading’s Day, which would last a month, university students were guided to read more, read better and read for love.
At the ceremony, the 2022 Reading Report of SHNU was launched.
