Recently, primary school students from Fengxian Experimental School Attached to SHNU visited SHNU Shanghai Youth Scientific Innovation Education Base. This visit aims at promoting their understanding of universities and modern science and technology, expanding their vision, establishing their scientific awareness and cultivating their innovative thinking modes.
Guided by about 20 students from SHNU College of Information and Mechanical Engineering, More than 20 primary school students were shown around the Fengxian campus of SHNU. These young visitors started their miraculous journey of AI (artificial intelligence). They visited the Science Innovation Lab and witnessed the wonders of Dajiang Robomaster Games and experienced the robots coding and resistance. They were also instructed on the latest development of voicing technologies by testing various modern AI equipments.
After the lab visit, the visitors attended two characteristics courses: thinking visualization and robots innovation. They also designed the graphs, built the Lego robots model while strengthening their hands-on experience and logical thinking capabilities.
A speech was delivered on Fun Talk Concerning Data and Cloud Calculation by Yang Ru from SHNU College of Information and Mechanical Engineering.
Featuring on Scientific Innovation Courses and Programs, the SHNU Shanghai Scientific Innovation Education Base hosts technological exchanges on Youth AI education by cooperating with CCF (China Computer Federation).
