On March 18th, Shanghai Normal University (SHNU) held a comprehensive spring job fair for the 2026 graduates at the Western Sports Hall on Xuhui Campus. There were two separate sessions in the morning and afternoon respectively, attracting 234 employers and offering over 3,000 job positions, with more than 3,500 student attendees. The SHNU Party Secretary Lin Zaiyong and SHNU Vice Party Secretary, Vice President Zhao Yang arrived on the scene to provide guidance and engaged in cordial discussions with employers and graduates.
The job fair featured a dedicated one-stop service, integrating employment counseling, civil service and graduate school exam guidance, military recruitment promotion, and study abroad advice. Experts from both inside and outside the university were invited to provide professional guidance and policy interpretations. Through precise CV polishing and interview coaching services, the event aimed to better align students with market demands.
