SHNU: The 8th Seminar on Chinese Scholars and Shanghai’s Development in the 21st Century was held in Shanghai on July 25 and 26. With the theme of “Talent Structure and Education Development in International Metropolises”, the seminar witnessed participation of scholars and experts from China, the U.S., Britain, Germany, Japan and Singapore. The seminar focused on three topics: “Education: Talent Sources in International Metropolises”, “Talents and Metropolitan Development” and “Construction of Study-oriented City”. |
