SHNU Signs Cooperation Framework Agreement with Changning District Government of Shanghai

       SHNU：On February 8^th, the signing ceremony of SHNU Cooperation Framework Agreement with People’s Government of Changning District was held in Changning, attended by SHNU President Zhang Minxuan, Vice SHNU President Cong Yuhao, and directors from relevant departments of SHNU. It was also witnessed by Li Yaoxin, Head of Changning District Government, Zhang Weimin, Director of the Department of Public Communications, Vice Head of Changning, and others, etc.
