Dr. Han is a researcher of Canadian Ocean and Fishery Ministry，and editor of Atmosphere-Ocean which falls into SCI journals, coordinator and manager of quite a few international plans, organizer of high-level academic conference and also guest professor of Chinese Academy of Science. Han is an internationally reputed expert at height measuring of applications satellite and digitfax in physical oceangraphy research.
