The Expert Evaluation Meeting for the Research Project on “Shanghai Youths’ Employment: Present Situation and Possible Solutions” done by the Youth College of SHNU was recently held by Shanghai Municipal Youth League Commission. Part of the project members, including Kang Nian, dean of the Youth College, and Professor Huang Hongji, director of Youth Research Center, attended the meeting. A group of 6 experts from Social Development Research Institute of Shanghai Social Science Academy gave a high praise for the project concerned and reached a consensus on the practical significance of the project. Meanwhile, cogent suggestions and comments were brought forward for further improvement on the bulk of the report. It is also recognized that the Theme Seminar on Youth Employment, Basis of Living, and Foundation of Harmony (2007 Annual Meeting of Youth Revolutionary History Research Association), as an important component of the 5th Annual Meeting of Shanghai Social Science Circles, shall be held at the Youth College in December. |
