ROK Sangmyung University Visits SHNU for Further Student Exchanges

         On November 6th, vice president of Sangmyung University in ROK (Republic of Korea) and the representatives from its International Exchange Department paid a visit to SHNU, and were kindly received by Lu Jianfei, vice president of SHNU.
         Both sides made a brief introduction of themselves, with mutual cooperation and exchanges reviewed, and expressed wishes of further expansion of students exchange program. They also talked about the feasibility of short-term Chinese language learning and teachers exchange program. After that, ROK guests were shown around the campus and inspected teaching facilities.
         Sangmyung University was first built in 1937, boasting of two campuses, 11 colleges and 6 graduate schools and about 13,000 students. Taking higher teaching quality and creative education as its main objectives, it ranks high among South Korea’s universities, featuring such domains as arts, information technology and design etc.
