SHNU: A delegation of our university, led by President Li Jin, visited Tatar State University of Humanities and Education in Russia on Oct. 28 and received a warm welcome. The two sides exchanged views on such issues as cooperation in academic research and the exchange projects of teachers, graduate students and undergraduate students. The authority of Tatar State University also suggested establishing a Chinese Center in their university. A framework of interscholastic agreement was signed and Li Jin was engaged as one of the members of International Academic Committee of the university. Tatar State University of Humanities and Education is a key comprehensive pedagogical university with a history of 131 years. It has over 50 majors, and altogether 1,100 teachers and an enrollment of 17,000 students. |
