SHNU: A conference was held on Oct. 30 for studying, publicizing and carrying out the spirit of 17th CPC National Congress. Zhou Honggang, the Secretary of the Party Committee of our university, required that all the staff and students apprehend the spirit of the 17th Party Congress and apply it into teaching and studying.
At the conference, Department of Party Organization and that of Publicity put forward a detailed study plan geared to different objectives of study. On the same day, Cai Yonglian, one of the Shanghai delegates to the 17th Party congress, was invited to deliver a lecture to those cadres involved in the Party work in our university. Ms. Cai shared with the audience her experience and feelings as a delegate as well as her understanding of the report by Chairman Hu Jintao. The audience said they had a very fruitful face-to-face communication with the delegate. |
