On October 25th, a delegation of 17 paid a visit to our university, including Mr Alfred Schmidt, former Hessen State Governor of Economics, Transportation and Development, Mayor of Kassel City and some professors from Kassel University. They were received by Vice President Li Hexing, heads of International Exchange Department, College of Fine Arts, College of Tourism and College of Mechanics and Electronics. During the talk, Li Hexing briefed on the conditions and characteristics of our university, showing the achievements on international exchanges in recent years. Speaking of the future development, Li hoped that cooperation in different domains would be carried out. Mr Alfred Schmidt acquainted all with the basics of the Promotion Center between China and Hessen State. Common grounds have been reached by the two parties in terms of future cooperation in talent cultivations. When the meeting broke off, the delegation were shown around the laboratory, the design factory affiliated to the College of Fine Arts, and the Museum of our university. |
