On September 26th, Li Junxiu, Vice Director of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission visited SHNU for work report. He was quoted as saying that a long-term education mechanism shall be established to guarantee the quality of adult continuing education. As Shanghai is advancing towards a learning-oriented city, SHNU shall improve university management and standardize teaching and enrollment so as to contribute more to the development of Shanghai.
Zhou Honggang, SHNU Party Secretary, and Li Jin, SHNU President also delivered their speeches at the report meeting. Both reiterated the necessity to promote the normal operation and sound development of SHNU adult continuing education system, perfect the existing mechanism and facilitate the university management.
