On September 24th, a seminar of women teacher commemorating 30 years of reform and opening up was held in SHNU, themed Gratitude and Aspiration. It was attended by Jiang Weiyi, Vice Party Secretary and SHNU Vice President, and heads from SHNU Departments of Human Resources, Trade Union, Women’s Federation, and Women Teacher sodality, women professors and others. 31 Outstanding women teachers carried off with the Science and Education Fund, Birth-giving Fund and University Fund. Jiang delivered the peroration speech in which she said that it was now a perfect time for development.
