SHNU: On Sept. 12, Qiu Changgen, Head of the Department of Taiwan Affairs of Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong S.A.R. delivered a lecture on Cross-Straits relations at the invitation of SHNU Party Committee. Qiu’s lecture was entitled Taiwan Issues Lying Behind the Peaceful Development of China. The lecture was presided over by SHNU Vice Party Secretary Huang Gang. （Edited by Jessica）
