SHNU: Chen Weiping, Director of Urban Civilization Research Center of SHNU and professor in College of Law and Politics, was entrusted with the program “Study of the Action Mechanism of Shanghai Civil Society Organization”, which was funded by Shanghai Ideological Construction Office.
