August 28th marks the end of the one-month-long Chinese language workshop in SHNU, which is sponsored by SGS for International Students. Approximately 20 students from Yokohama and Osaka of Japan attended the ceremony. They were encouraged to learn more about Chinese language and culture by taking this as a great opportunity, and do due bit to promote Sino-Japanese friendship. Additionally, representatives from the Office of International Affairs of Shanghai Municipal Government, Japanese Embassy in Shanghai, and Office of Osaka City and Fu in Shanghai were present at the ceremony.
