On June 24th, a delegation of 4 led by Ms. Susan Witter, Head of Canada Douglas College, visited SHNU for future cooperation. SHNU President Li Jin signed the intercollegiate cooperation agreement with Douglas. Also present at the meeting were Vice President Lu Jianfei, and heads of International Affairs Office and College of Physical Education of SHNU.
Starting on exchanges of PE students, Douglas will explore more ways of bilateral cooperation with SHNU in education internship and other disciplines as well. Located in the city of Vancouver, Douglas College is a comprehensive public community college, boasting a student number of approximately 12,000, among whom about 100 are taking courses of Chinese language.
