On June 11th, the very first Shanghai Brigade of Medical Assistance remedying the Sichuan earthquake, Shanghai Huashan Hospital, also known as Role Model of Disaster Relief conferred by National Human Resources and Social Security Department, delivered a speech to more than 170 SHNU staff members from the general logistic department.
All the audience doffed and stood in silent homage to the victims in Sichuan earthquake catastrophe. Professor Wang Zhiming, Temporary Party Secretary and head of the brigade, made a report themed March for Love, Led by Party Flag, with various photographs, data and words reigning supreme. The pat interpretation of “never abandon, never throw in the towel”, and “make no stones unturned for rescue” has moved the audience on the verge of tears and aroused vicarious echoes.
