On June 2nd, Prof. Zhang Jiancheng from National Taiwan Normal University, and Prof. Jiang Tianhui, Dean of Education Department, National Taiwan University of Tainan, lectured respectively on Cultural Differences and Education, and Relativity of Globalization, National Roles and Education Development. Zhang illustrated the multilateral cultural development of countries other than China, the interaction of politics and education, and causes of continuous education reforms and political revolutions. Jiang expanded on the theoretical gist of national roles, and substantiated the hidden challenges of national roles and education at the backdrop of globalization. (Trans. by Rebecca) |
