SHNU: A meeting summarizing the archives work in 2006 and 2007 of our university was held on May 6. SHNU leaders including Zhou Honggang, Ruan Xingshu, Jiang Weiyi, Huang Gang, Xiang Jiaxiang, Lu Jianfei, etc., and an official from Shanghai Education Commission attended the meeting. Some advanced units and individuals were commended at the meeting. Zhou Honggang, Party secretary of our university, spoke highly of the archives work of our university and requested that further efforts be made to do a still better job. SHNU vice president Lu Jianfei delivered a work report summarizing the achievements of the archives work in the past 2 years and deployed the work to be done in 2008. The meeting also witnessed the announcement of the new members in charge of archives work of our university and the initiation of Archives Information Inquiry System.
