SHNU: Starting from May 1, our university will supply hot water in accordance with the new policy: students can get two bottles of hot water free each day, and will be charged with an extra 0.2 yuan for every extra bottle. Teachers and other staff of our university will have to pay 0.2 yuan for every bottle of hot water. This new policy is mainly designed to arouse students’ awareness in practicing frugality. Meanwhile, it helps the rear-service department to save energy and labour resources, which will contribute to the building of an energy-efficient campus. (Trans. by Jessica) |
