SHNU: On April 16, SHNU president Li Jin and vice party secretary Huang Gang met a delegation of 4 from the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznan (AFAP) of Poland. The delegation was headed by Dr. Wojciech Muller the rector and Dr. Wielgosz the vice rector of AFAP. Li signed an interscholastic exchange agreement with Dr. Muller on behalf of our university. Li said Poland was a nation with a long history and rich cultural heritage. He regarded the signing of the agreement as a good beginning of the cooperation between the two universities. Wojciech Muller and Wielgos said they were grateful for our sincere invitation and warm hospitality, saying that they attached great importance to international exchanges and would like to make their resources available for music and physical education of our university. Founded in 1919, AFAP is one of the best fine art institutes in Poland. This year, our university will send 1 teacher and 2 students to AFAP. (Trans. by Jessica)
