On April 16th, SHNU president Li Jin held seminars with head of doctoral degree development groups. The seminar was hosted by vice president Li Hexing.
Li Jin demanded that the head of this group should play a pivotal role in developing the doctoral degree program in SHNU; also, internal management system and the quality of doctor-degree holders shall be enhanced, while maintaining a stable increase of the scale of postgraduate program.
