SHNU: A delegation from Texas Tech University (TTU) of the U.S., headed by Tribor P. Nagy the vice president, visited our university on March 24. Vice president Lu Jianfei met the guests. In his speech, Lu made a brief introduction of our university and emphasized that our university valued international exchange and cooperation. Mr. Nagy said they also attached importance to strengthening international cooperation with universities in China, especially those in Shanghai. One of the aims of their visit was to probe into the possibility of interscholastic cooperation with our university. The two sides reached an agreement on such fields as sculpture and clay modeling, language and education, etc. After the meeting, the guests visited the Museum and several colleges of our university.
