On March 18th , news came that Xiang Yanfei，a SHNU student majoring in social work outrivaled others in winning the title of Ten Outstanding Social Work Cases in this year’s competition in Shanghai, boasting of being the only student prize-winner in this major. Themed as Students Take the Lead in Showing the Road of Growth, Xiang’s work was highly remarked and lauded for her clear topic, sophisticated theory, reasonable design, thorough comment and thought-provoking retrospection. Around 196 cases were received covering almost every field of social and community work, and there were 2 other SHNU students who won awards. (By Rebecca) |
