Various Versions for CV Called for Job Hunting

        On March 13th, Wenhui Daily issued a report themed as CEO of senior human resource counseled the would-be graduates that various versions for CV (Curriculum vitae) shall be adopted for job hunting, which is about Sunshine Project of SHNU-Mackay information management employment training. The article can be summarized as the following:
        Only 3 percent of graduates would revise their resumes when they target on different enterprises, and would reply with “I am going to learn a lot in your company if I have the chance to work there”, when asked about the purpose of employment. These students ignore one fact that company per se is a commercial institution pursuing its own profit goals rather than just offering learning site. Most students lack confidence and knowledge of the company they desire to work in, which resulted in low success rate of their interview.
        Moreover, students have to enhance their capability in terms of more mutual respect, better group work and more efficient interactions, etc., all of which account for key elements in landing a perfect job.
