SHNU: A German delegation consisting of secondary school principals and teachers paid a visit to our university on March 12. They talked with Chen Yongming, director of Research Center of Modern Headmasters of our university on the training of secondary teachers and headmasters. Two of the delegates, OStD Christel Frey and StD Josef Zeimentz, delivered speeches about education in Germany. They introduced the recruitment procedure of secondary school principals, the professional qualities required, training programs, relationship between the labor union of teachers and school leaders, the role the personal committee played in the development of a school, etc. Students said they had learned a lot through the two lectures.
