SHNU: Gabriel Poloniecki and Hichem Maaref, both vice president of Université d’ Evry Val d’ Essonne (UEVE) of French, visited our university on March 7. SHNU vice president Lu Jianfei met the guests. After discussion, the two sides reached an agreement on continuing to sign the cooperation and communication protocol between UEVE and the Financial College of our university. The French guests also hoped to conduct joint scientific researches with other colleges of our university in such fields as Bio-genetic Engineering, Sociology, Economics, etc. on the doctoral level and post-doctoral level. Lu applauded this proposal and pointed out that the forms of cooperation could be diversified. For instance, the two universities could carry out exchange programs involving both teachers and students.
