On February 18th, SHNU president Li Jin and vice president Lu Jianfei met Dr. Ir. Bambang S. P. Abednego, the new head of Maranatha Christian University, Bandung, Indonesia, with other members of the delegation. Both sides talked about the basic information of their respective universities and disciplinary strengths, and compared notes on their interested fields. The guests extended their good will of cooperating in fields of musicology, economics, finance and teacher’s education. Originally a medical college, Maranatha Christian University was founded in 1955, and now it has become a comprehensive university incorporating such majors as civil engineering, information technology, psychology, English, Chinese and Japanese languages.
