On January 14, the graduation ceremony was held at the Wenyuan Building for those students who graduated this spring. The ceremony was attended by SHNU leaders and Head of the Tourism College.
President Li Jin made a speech to congratulate on the graduates’ successful completion of their learning, and wished them to keep ideals, beliefs and confidence in life, responsibility for what they do, dedication for the society, and gratitude for their teachers and for what life would offer them. Li hoped that they would start with solid work at the grassroots level and create a bright future for themselves. Nearly 130 graduates were conferred the diplomas, and 7 were awarded the title of Shanghai Outstanding Graduates. Representatives of teachers and graduates also spoke at the ceremony. |
