SHNU: Prof. Peter Merce, President of Ramapo College in the United States of America, paid a visit to our university the other day. Our university president Li Jin and vice president Lu Jianfei received the guests cordially. The two sides reached an agreement on developing a higher level and wider range of exchange programs of teachers. Delegates from Ramapo College hoped to further expand areas of cooperation and exchange of students and academic researches. People concerned from the Financial College, Foreign Languages College, Institute of Tourism and International Exchange Division also attended the reception. Ramapo College has been keeping a friendly relationship with our university for over a decade. Every year, a teacher of our university is sent to Ramapo College to teach Chinese History and Chinese Culture, which is highly appreciated by American students there. |
