SHNU, Jan. 3: This year, our university continues to use open recruitment method to admit 17 student instructors. Altogether 1100 applicants submitted resumes and 375 of them were selected to take part in the written examination on Dec. 30, 2007. SHNU has always been strict in selecting student instructors. This time the written examination included psychological test, crisis defusion, ideological and political work and administrative competence, etc. The recruitment team of our university will also have strict checks on the interviewees from different aspects to ensure the comprehensive high quality of student instructors to be recruited. |
