SHNU: A delegation of 6 from Kumamoto University (KU), headed by its Vice President Furukawa, paid a visit to SHNU on October 28. SHNU Vice President Lu Jianfei and relevant staff from International Exchange Division received the guests. As KU is going to celebrate its 60th anniversary of founding, SHNU Party Secretary Zhou Honggang has accepted the university’s invitation and will come to Japan to attend the celebration next week. SHNU Orchestra is also invited to perform in the celebration. Both sides expressed hope of establishing more interscholastic cooperation in such fields as language, culture and engineering courses.
