SHNU: On October 21st, 2009 SHNU Sports Meeting was held on Fengxian Campus. SHNU Vice President Cong Yuhao hosted the opening ceremony, SHNU Party Secretary Zhou Honggang announced the opening of the games. SHNU President Li Jin spoke at the ceremony. Adelegations from 17 colleges stepped into the sports grounds, energetic and vigorous. Different college delegations exerted their unique and creative efforts to celebrate the 55th anniversary of SHNU and the 60th anniversary of the founding of People’s Republic of China. The games included track events and field events like broad jump, high jump, shot and some group events such as rope-skipping and 1-minute free throw. Other SHNU authorities and relevant department heads were also present at the ceremony. （Edited by Jessica）
