San Francisco Ballet Accompanied by Wan Fang Youth Symphony Orchestra in Shanghai Grand

    On Sept. 22, the Wan Fang Youth Symphony Orchestra of SHNU accompanied the San
Francisco Ballet in the Shanghai Grand Theatre. The perfect cooperation between the two won
the praises of the Ballet Director and the conductor.
    To ensure the success of the performance, Gary Sheldon the chief conductor of the San
Francisco Ballet practiced together with the Orchestra for several days. And the Orchestra,
through the cooperation with the first-rate Ballet in the world, has improved its
professional skills and expanded its social influence as well. 
    Gao Jianhua, the Assistant to SHNU President, Tao Benyi, former SHNU President, and Li
Cong, Dean of the College of Music of SHNU, enjoyed the performance.
