SHNU: September 18 witnessed two delegations to SHNU. On that morning, a delegation of 5 from the Hong Kong Institute of Education, headed by its Dean Zhang Bingliang, was received by SHNU Vice President Lu Jianfei. The two sides signed an agreement on academic cooperation, according to which the following cooperation will be possible: exchange of teachers and students, teacher training and the holding of international conferences. On that afternoon, guests from the Ehime University of Japan were cordially met by Lu Jianfei and staff from International Exchange Division. The Japanese guests expressed hope of building interscholastic relationship with SHNU in the near future. A brilliant concert was given by the light music orchestra and study community of Ehime on the same evening on Fengxian Campus. （Edited by Jessica）
