SHNU: On Septemer 7th, as one of the series programs of 2009 SHNU International Arts Festival, the SHNU calligraphy majors’ arts show, and the Exchange Arts Show of SHNU and Tokyo Gakugei University, were initiated at the Wuxing (Intangible) Gallery of SHNU. SHNU Vice President Lu Jianfei was shown around the gallery to give more morale for students to acquire the essence of traditional Chinese calligraphic arts. Forms the arts vary including hand-rolls, horizontal paper boards, etc. The Japanese counterparts also took on their unique show of kana characters. The show shall last one week, that is, from September 7th to 13th on Xuhui campus, and September 17th to 23rd on Fengxian Campus. (Editted by Rebecca)
