SHNU: On July 4, Dr. G. Scott Owen, Chairman of ACM SIGGRAPH (Association for Computing Machinery's Special Interest Group on Graphics and Interactive Techniques), and Mr. Craig Halperin, master of visual arts in Hollywood, paid a visit to SHNU and delivered two lectures to students majoring in animation in College of Fine Arts. SHNU Vice President Lu Jianfei received the guests and presented the souvenirs of Xuesihu Overseas Masters’ Forum to them. The two lectures were entitled Present and Future Application of Computer Images and Interactive Techniques and Process Perspective Outlook respectively, both of which greatly impressed the students.
