SHNU: On June 21st to 23rd, the 2009 1+2+1 Excellent Graduates Award for Sino-American Talent Plan, sponsored by China Center for International Educational Exchange (CCIEE), was held in Weihai City of Shandong Province. Pan Xiangcheng, won the title of Excellent Graduate.
Once an exchange student of East Washington University in 2006, Pan has now been admitted by Pittsburgh University as a doctor’s degree candidate, with a full scholarship.
