SHNU:On June 20th and 21st, the 2009 International Peak Forum of Higher Education for China’s Tourism was held in SHNU, and 200 scholars probed into the international development trend of tourism education, development modes and experience of cooperation programs between Chinese and overseas institutions.
The convention is themed on Internationalization: Opportunity and Challenge of Higher Education of Tourism. The forum was also attended by officials of China’s Ministry of Education, China National Bureau of Tourism, Shanghai Tourism Bureau, Asia-Pacific Tourism Association, and General Australian Embassy in Shanghai, as well as leaders of SHNU.
