SHNU: A poem recital was held on May 11 to mark the first anniversary of the May 12 quake, 2008. Students from Xie Jin Film and Television Art College recited poems of love and hope to pray for both the dead and the living. The 90-minute recital presented 11 poems, including such titles as We Are in One Big Family, Flowers in the Paradise, We Miss You Dear Teachers, Premier, Don’t Cry, etc. Many people were moved into tears and thunderous applause filled the whole hall.
