SHNU: Professor Ding Gang from East China Normal University delivered a lecture on the leading capacity of teachers on Xuhui campus of SHNU on March 25. Prof. Ding underlined the importance of teachers’ role in the making of a successful university and further explained how to achieve the development of teachers in their specific fields of research. Ding also answered questions put forward by graduate students and doctoral candidates. (Edited by Jessica)
