SHNU: On February 24, Professor Geng Wenxiu from Shanghai Psychological Health Association was invited to give a lecture on psychological adjustment in job-seeking. Geng started with the employment situation in the midst of global financial crisis, saying to the students that only positive attitude and action could help them find a satisfactory job. She explained such terms as mental maturity and mental resilience with examples and told them how to deal with gains and losses in life. (Edited by Jessica)
