SHNU: The work meeting on the 55th anniversary of the founding of SHNU was held on February 23. The meeting was presided over by President Li Jin and attended by Vice President Wang Lianhua and heads of relevant departments and colleges. The action plans for the grand celebration of 10 departments of the university were reported and 8 teams in charge of publicizing, international exchange, reception, etc. were also set up, with SHNU authorities taking the lead. Li said the 55th anniversary should see a vigorous participation of all with its focus on SHNU spirit and achievements the university has made during the 55 years. (Edited by Jessica)
