On the last day of the year 2008, SHNU Conference for Energy Friendly Campus was held, hosted by Wang Lianhua, SHNU Vice President.
Li Jin, SHNU President, praised what has been done this year for energy saving across the campus, and called for more efforts next year. The meeting was also attended by Vice Secretary General of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, and Shanghai Water Bureau.Altogether 8 SHNU departments were honored as Role Model Department of Energy Saving, 13 departments Advanced Department of Energy Saving, 4 Students Associations Advanced Team of Energy Saving, and 28 teachers and students Outstanding Individual of Energy Saving.
