The Volunteers Training for Low Carbon World Expo was kicked off on December 20th, and over 200 students from 26 universities in Shanghai joined in, with almost 100 students from SHNU. Zhou Hanmin, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Political and Consultative Committee, and Vice Director of 2010 World Expo Bureau, held the floor to deliver a theme speech, followed by various talks on fond wishes of a green and environment-friendly expo.
