On November 22nd , the opening ceremony of Shanghai Education Research Center Affiliated to Professional Public Relations Education Committee of China’s Higher Education Association was held in SHNU, attended by 21 scholars from Chinese universities and scientific institutions.
The meeting is themed on the development of public relations. Founded in May 1995 in the City of Xi’an, the Professional Public Relations Education Committee of China’s Higher Education Association falls into four institutions, namely, Academic Committee of Public Relations, Teaching Committee of Public Relations, Expert Lecture Group, and Planning and Researching Institute of Public Relations.
